NDLR Second Annual Symposium 2008
Tuesday 2nd December
Health Sciences Building, UCD
We are pleased to invite you to the second National Digital Learning Repository (NDLR) symposium where we will be looking back at the activities and achievements from the past four years of the NDLR project and showcase the endeavours and challenges, cultural, organisational and technological faced by the Communities of Practice’ in all aspects of sharing teaching and learning practice and digital resources for teaching and learning in a digital age.
Invited speakers will take the opportunity to look at the future of initiatives like the NDLR project against the backdrop of the current climate for teaching & learning initiatives in Higher Education and propose some practical ways (through facilitated workshops) in which we can achieve a sustainable future vision.
This is an opportunity for academic staff across different subject disciplines in Irish Higher Education and members of NDLR Communities of Practice (CoP) to present case studies that demonstrate the support and practice of their cop and their endeavours to making on-line learning resources more openly available and accessible.
